This isn’t a reinvention.
It’s the whole story finally living in one place.

For nearly two decades, I’ve built platforms that turn visibility into belonging.

I first became known in San Diego nightlife and community circles as DJ Will Z. For roughly twelve years, Top 40 and hip-hop sets, Pride events, residencies and packed rooms taught me how crowds move, how culture travels and how community forms in real time. I later helped grow Out at the Fair from an informal gathering into an official LGBTQ+ fair event with reach across multiple fairs and states.

That work evolved into OutAt Inc. Today, the same instinct powers books, podcasting, creator-led media, public speaking, consulting and the growing 3Dudes1Life universe.

At the center of all of it is one belief: belonging is something you can design.

02 / Before the founder story

There was nightlife.
And San Diego knew me as DJ Will Z.

For roughly twelve years, I was a Top 40 and hip-hop DJ in San Diego. I learned the craft after DJ Nikno invited me to open, then built a public chapter through Hillcrest nightlife, resident sets, Pride-related events and regional bookings before that era naturally closed around the pandemic.

The booth was where I learned how rooms feel, how crowds move, and how belonging can happen in real time.

Who is William Zakrajshek?
